If you are a new patient you must be seen by a doctor first before medications are given.
For regular patients, repeat prescriptions for some regular medication may be obtained without making an appointment to see your doctor, but this is always at the doctor’s discretion and you may be asked to attend for a consultation before receiving your medications. The final decision on types and amounts of medications supplied on repeat prescription is up to your Doctor.
We do not normally provide repeats if you were not seen for your last prescription or if your medication was changed at your last visit.
An appointment is always needed for certain medications eg antibiotics.
Please note, fees apply to prescriptions if they are not part of a consultation.
