Liz Aitken is our health coach at Tasman Medical. She holds a Bachelor of Health Science, majoring in Health Promotion and alongside healthcoaching she works in the Green Prescription team at Nelson Bays PrimaryHealth, supporting people with their healthy lifestyle goals.
She values theimportance of prevention tools and an empathetic and holistic approach when itcomes to behavioural change to support long term wellness.
Working with our community is her passion and making a positive impact on people’s lives, empoweringand supporting patients to improve their quality of life.
